Cancellation Policy

- There will be contactless payments only, There will be no cash transactions at this time.

-Appointments will only be secured with a credit card on file, but not charged until services are rendered.

-It is essential that we start your session on time. If you are late within reason, we can only offer the remaining time of your session.  15minutes late for a 60 minute session will result in automatic cancellation and a full cancellation fee. 20 minutes late for a 90-minute session will result in automatic cancellation and full cancellation fee.

-Any cancellations after 5:00 pm the day prior to your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee for your scheduled treatment. PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT! We will not receive it in time! And charges will apply, Please call and leave a message!

-Any appointments canceled within 1 hour or No Show, of your scheduled appointment will result in a 100% cancellation fee for your scheduled treatment. And all future appointments MUST be paid in advance!
